On Wednesday, July 29th, my husband & I ordered several dolls from your collection. In desperation, we requested, if possible, for the dolls to arrive by Saturday, August 1, 2009. We really wanted our only grandchild to receive these dolls in time for his 1st birthday party scheduled on that date.

Upon arrival at my son's home, we were informed that the package had not arrived. We informed them of the situation, (having ordered these items late) and handed them a card with pictures of the dolls ordered and the possibility of their arrival on Monday or Tuesday.

Once we returned from the party, to our surprise, there was a box at the front door. I couldn't have planned this any better. Everyone was interested in this package. The dolls were a great success. My grandson immediately grabbed for both dolls, examining, hugging and giving an occasional kiss. He also, as well as the adults loved the puppet.

I would sincerely like to thank you for what was one of my best experiences in purchasing on the Internet. From the beginning to the end, this was a class act. I was excited in telling everyone of the enchanting story of the civilized trolls and the magic dust sprinkled into the box to help the dolls sleep during their journey in order to be refreshed upon their arrival and ready to play. I was delighted in informing them of your company and the various charities that benefit from your sells. I will tell others about the great products and their quality.

My daughter asked me to make these angels the kind of soft stuffed doll I made for her when she was a baby but circumstances make it a no-can-do. Then, I found you! I received my order today, and the doll is "fabulous". She is so life like and what a strong resemblance to a family friend, it is unbelievable. I'm very pleased with the quality and I'm sure my granddaughter will enjoy her for years to come. O.K. This is an official "love letter." I found your site Friday 8/1 and late that evening ordered two dolls for my nephew 's two little girls. He and his wife and daughters had arrived from California. My nephew is a navy seaman, he met and married a beautiful Japanese woman about 5 years ago. Since she was a year old, we get our now 7 year old daughter a beautiful Asian baby doll to commemorate the day that her adoption was finally legalized, thus making her an official member of our forever family. We received Calin yesterday. I was thrilled with how she looks and our

I just wanted to thank you very much for your help in processing my
pre-Christmas order and subsequent questions concerning delivery.

Just an aside, I traveled to China in October with a friend. We loved the
tour. When I had asked my young granddaughter what souvenir she would like
to have she asked for a Chinese baby doll. Well, wouldn't you know that in
China the children want "American" dolls and that is all I found in the
market places!

So, after I got back to the States I looked on line and saw your web site.
You have such a wonderful selection of ethnic dolls from baby to "Sunday"
dolls.

I gave Grace the doll for Christmas...it was a hit. She carried it with her
everywhere and slept with it. When we were out and about she would put the
doll down for a nap.
